The Manor Barn Harlton just outside Cambridge is one of my favourite local wedding venues and has the huge advantage of being a stone’s throw from the beautiful Harlton church as well. I’ve photographed quite a large number of weddings there now and the vicar, Stephen, does one of the nicest wedding services in the area!
I started by photographing Aimee’s preparations just up the road before heading to the church to see Ed arriving via vintage tractor! This was entirely a surprise as there was a vintage tractor gathering at the pub where Ed was doing his “preparations” and a lift was duly offered!
After the ceremony it was a short walk to the Manor Barn via a drinks reception on the lawn of the farm itself. The sun shone and music was played and everyone had a great time! The setting is beautiful with lawns surrounded by trees and a pond at the front of the gardens by the road.
I have included some of my favourites from the day below.
