A bit of a chat about my grumpy old man views on customer service. I hate to moan but poor customer service really gets my goat – in many ways this is a good thing because I always strive, with my customers, to offer the kind of service I would expect from myself. Most of it is common sense and courtesy but I always try to go the extra mile in any way that I can.

There’s a bit of a trend going on at the moment for wedding photographers to offer coverage by two or more photographers. There are certainly advantages to this but I also think that it can create a number of problems as well. Is it just a passing fad to seem as though you are getting better value for money? Maybe there are better ways of adding value than this?
